Krisp and Meteor AI agents
Connect Krisp to a WhatsApp Met: search meetings, pull notes, transcripts and open action items, and mark them done with the official MCP.
How does Krisp connect to Meteor?
With the Krisp ready connector, your WhatsApp Met looks up the meeting history Krisp recorded in your account. It searches meetings by text, date, tag, folder or participant, searches for a phrase inside transcripts and pulls each meeting's summary, key points, action items or full transcript. It also lists your upcoming calendar meetings and your open action items, and can mark them done, tag meetings or name the speakers. It is the official Krisp server: it is included in the Krisp Core and Advanced plans.
What it automates
What a Meteor Met does with Krisp
Answer what came out of a meeting
The customer asks on WhatsApp what was agreed on the call. The Met finds the meeting by date or participant, pulls its summary and action items and replies with what Krisp recorded.
Find where something was discussed
If someone asks when the price change was discussed, the Met searches for the phrase inside the transcripts and replies with the passage and date of each meeting.
Close the action items already done
When the team says the proposal went out, the Met lists that meeting's open action items and marks the right one done, or up to 50 at once.
Remind about the next meeting
The Met lists your meetings for the coming days and confirms to the customer the time and the video call link shown in your calendar.
16 tools
Everything your Met can ask Krisp for
Each one is a real action in the connector. You can switch off the ones you would rather it never used.

The limits
What the Krisp integration does NOT do
We would rather say it here than have you find out during rollout.
-
It does not record or join meetings from the chat. What it looks up is what Krisp already recorded in your account.
-
It does not import recordings on this page. Krisp returns a single use upload link and the file is uploaded separately, a step the Met does not take.
-
It does not ask for confirmation in the chat before writing. The admin decides in Connections which actions stay on; Krisp flags six that change the workspace, such as tagging or closing action items.
-
It does not work on every plan. Krisp lists its MCP for the Core and Advanced plans.
-
It does not see meetings your account cannot see. Actions that edit a meeting, such as tagging or renaming speakers, also need edit access to it.
Before you start
What you need to connect Krisp
- 1
A Krisp account on the Core or Advanced plan
The Krisp account where your meetings are kept. Krisp offers the MCP on the Core and Advanced plans, for any user role.
- 2
Connect it in Met
In Met, open Connections → Krisp → Connect. A Krisp window opens so you can sign in and authorize Met. Then you choose which actions stay on.

Whatever the admin leaves on among the actions that write: adding or removing tags, marking action items done and naming speakers.
