Kajabi and Meteor AI agents

Connect Kajabi to a WhatsApp Met: find students, check their purchases and access, look up offers and courses, and tag contacts.

How does Kajabi connect to Meteor?

With the Kajabi ready connector, your WhatsApp Met works on your Kajabi account with the permissions chosen by whoever authorized it. It finds a student by name or email and sees their tags, their purchases and the products they can access. It looks up your offers with their price, your products, your course content, your coaching sessions and your events, and reads what comes in through your forms. If you turn it on, it tags contacts and leaves broadcasts as drafts. It also brings revenue and subscription analytics. It does not charge: payments stay in Kajabi.

What it automates

What a Meteor Met does with Kajabi

Help a student who paid and cannot see the course

The Met finds the contact by email, checks the purchase, the billing status and the products the person can access, and explains what is going on. If access is missing, it tags the contact so your team fixes it in Kajabi.

Answer what an offer includes

When someone asks on WhatsApp what a program includes, the Met opens the offer with its price, its variants and the products it includes, and answers with what Kajabi says, not from memory.

Answer questions with the course content

A student asks where a topic is explained. The Met searches the text inside the lessons and tells them which module and which lesson covers it.

Prepare a broadcast for review

If you turn it on, the Met leaves an email for a group of contacts as a draft. Your team reviews it and sends it from the Kajabi admin; the connector does not send it.

33 tools

Everything your Met can ask Kajabi for

Each one is a real action in the connector. You can switch off the ones you would rather it never used.

The limits

What the Kajabi integration does NOT do

We would rather say it here than have you find out during rollout.

Before you start

What you need to connect Kajabi

  1. 1

    A Kajabi account

Kajabi includes the connector in all its plans and warns it may add limits later. Connect with a user whose role can see the contacts, offers and courses the Met needs.

  2. 2

    Connect it in Met

In Met, open Connections → Kajabi → Connect. Kajabi opens with your session so you can authorize Met and choose which permissions to grant, such as reading data, tags and segments or broadcasts. Then you choose in Met which actions stay on.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about Kajabi and Meteor

No. It can see whether the purchase is paid and which products the person can access, but no tool in this listing grants a product. Your team handles it in Kajabi.

No. It can leave a broadcast as a draft if the admin turns that action on, and sending happens from the Kajabi admin.

Kajabi returns data in UTC. If the Met tells a student the date of a purchase or a session, the skill should tell it to convert it to your local time.

You do, with your own Kajabi plan. Meteor does not resell Kajabi: the connector uses your account and stays within what Kajabi allows that account.
