How does Jotform connect to Meteor?

With Jotform connected, your WhatsApp Met finds the form you need, such as a sign up, a warranty claim or a survey, and shares the link with the person in the conversation. It then checks whether the response arrived, reads it and confirms the details with them. It also creates and edits forms from a description, invites people by email to fill one in and summarizes responses into statistics and trends. Jotform's official server gives it 7 tools and respects your plan's limits.

From the internal chat, your team asks the Met for a summary of the month's survey and it builds one from the Jotform submissions.

Adjust a form without opening the editor

The limits

What the Jotform integration does NOT do

We would rather say it here than have you find out during rollout.

It does not fill in the form for the customer. The Met shares the link or invites by email, and the person answers in Jotform.
It does not send the invitation over WhatsApp. Assigning a form arrives by email; on WhatsApp, the Met shares the link.
It does not ask for confirmation in the chat before writing. The workspace admin chooses which actions stay on.
It does not touch protected health data unless your account is on a HIPAA enabled Jotform plan and you granted the permissions that include it.
Your company pays for Jotform usage under its plan, and that plan's limits apply. Jotform does not charge extra for the MCP server and Met does not charge Energy for these calls.

A Jotform account

The account your company already uses works. Jotform does not charge extra for its MCP server; your plan's limits and features still apply.

Connect it in Met

In Met, go to Connections, search for Jotform and tap Connect. The Jotform window opens, you sign in and approve access. Jotform only accepts this connection through OAuth, with no token.

No. The Met shares the link and the person opens it in Jotform. The Met can then read the response and confirm what was recorded.

Yes. In Jotform you go to My Account, Connected Apps, Jotform MCP and Clients. There you see the connection and can revoke it; access stops right away.

Yes. It creates a form from a description of what you need, with its questions and design, and can edit it later with new instructions.

It depends on your Jotform plan. The official documentation states up to 600 requests per minute on Enterprise plans; for other plans it does not publish a figure.
