Fathom and Meteor AI agents
Connect Fathom to a Meteor AI agent: search your recorded calls, find a person and read summaries and transcripts, with 7 tools.
How does Fathom connect to Meteor?
With Fathom connected, your Met searches and lists the meetings you recorded with Fathom, finds a person among them and reads the summary or the transcript of the meeting it needs. With that it tells a prospect where their last call left off or prepares the context for your team before the next one, without copying and pasting notes. It only sees the meetings the connected account can already see in Fathom; the connector does not open new data. Fathom's official server gives it 7 tools, none of them for deleting.
What it automates
What a Meteor Met does with Fathom
Pick up the conversation with a prospect
When a prospect writes again on WhatsApp, your Met finds them in your Fathom meetings, reads the summary of their last call and continues from there.
Answer with what was said
If the customer asks about a detail of the call, the Met reads that meeting's transcript and answers with what was recorded, not with a guess.
Brief your team before the call
From the internal chat, your team asks the Met for a customer's context and it gathers the summaries of their previous Fathom meetings.
Review a team's meetings
Your team asks the Met for the recent meetings of one of its Fathom teams and it lists them with their summary.
7 tools
Everything your Met can ask Fathom for
Each one is a real action in the connector. You can switch off the ones you would rather it never used.

The limits
What the Fathom integration does NOT do
We would rather say it here than have you find out during rollout.
-
It does not record or join meetings. It reads what Fathom already recorded in the connected account.
-
It does not see meetings the connected account cannot see in Fathom. The connector does not grant access to new data, only to what you already have.
-
It does not delete or edit meetings. None of its 7 tools has a delete, create or change action in its name.
-
It does not ask you for confirmation in the chat before acting. The workspace admin chooses which actions stay on in Connections.
-
It does not pay your Fathom plan. Usage runs on your company's account and plan; Meteor does not resell the service.
Before you start
What you need to connect Fathom
- 1
A Fathom account with recorded meetings
The account your team already records its calls with in Fathom works. The Met only finds what that account can already see.
- 2
Connect Fathom in Met
In Met, open Connections → Fathom → Connect. A Fathom window opens so you sign in and authorize Met.
