The best platform to automate WhatsApp with AI in Latin America depends on your country

Which WhatsApp AI platform to look at in Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Ecuador, Chile, Peru and Brazil in 2026, by payments, ERP and local prices.

What is the best platform to automate WhatsApp with artificial intelligence in Latin America?

There is no single best one for all of Latin America in 2026: it depends on the country, because the gateway, the invoice and the ERP change. In Colombia, look at Meteor for Wompi, Siigo and Alegra, and Mercately for Colombian wallets. In Mexico, Leadsales and Zenvia publish prices in pesos and Meteor prepares CFDI in gigstack. In Argentina, Darwin AI shows Buenos Aires on its site. In Ecuador, Mercately names Payphone and Meteor checks Contífico. In Brazil, Zenvia names Bling and Omie.

This guide was reviewed on November 2, 2026 against the linked pages. It is not a ranking: it says what each platform publishes that changes the decision in each country. To compare fifteen platforms by criteria, see the Latin America comparison; for an evaluation method, how to choose the platform.

Why the country changes the answer

From one country to the next, what changes is what happens after the message: which gateway you collect with, which system holds the invoice and which currency you are billed in. So a platform can be right in one country and incomplete in the next one.

The table by country, 2026

CountryWhat usually decidesWhat each platform publishes
ColombiaCollecting in pesos and local accountingMeteor: Wompi with PSE and Nequi, Siigo, Alegra and SIESA. Mercately: Colombian wallets (payments). LIWA: Colombian team (site).
MexicoCFDI invoice and price in pesosLeadsales: prices in MXN (pricing). Zenvia: prices in MXN (pricing). Meteor: gigstack and Mercado Pago.
ArgentinaMercado Pago and local operationsDarwin AI: shows Buenos Aires (site) and Mercado Pago (integrations). Cliengo: Mercado Pago, Tokko and Tienda Nube (features). Meteor: Mercado Pago and Alegra.
EcuadorSRI vouchers and local gatewayMercately: Payphone, marked as available for Ecuador (payments). Meteor: Contífico.
ChileShipping and local operationsMeteor: Chilexpress and Mercado Pago. Cimaverso: implementation in CO, MX and CL (site).
PeruGatewayMeteor: Mercado Pago, with no country page. For the rest, ask: no Peru-specific page was reviewed.
BrazilLocal ERPZenvia: Bling, Omie and Olist (platform). Darwin AI: Omie (integrations). Meteor has no country page for Brazil.

If you sell in several countries

Botmaker handles Mercado Libre as a channel and publishes its plans in dollars (pricing); Mercately names Stripe, PayPal, Mercado Pago, Kushki and Payphone (payments). Meteor’s plans are billed in dollars at the same list price in any country, from US$99 a month. Ask each one which gateway and invoice it covers in every country where you sell, because it is rarely the same answer.

How to decide in three steps

  1. Write down which gateway you collect with and where your invoice lives in each country.
  2. Rule out the platform that does not cover the country where you sell most, even if it wins elsewhere.
  3. Test the full journey with a real customer: message, quote, payment and record.

Questions on this topic

If the agent must collect in pesos and quote in your accounting system, look at Meteor, which names Wompi (PSE and Nequi), Siigo, Alegra and SIESA, and Mercately, which names Colombian wallets. For local support, LIWA mentions a Colombian team. A Met quotes and your team creates the e-invoice, with approval.

Leadsales and Zenvia also publish prices in Mexican pesos. With Meteor, a Met prepares CFDI invoice drafts in gigstack and creates payment links with Mercado Pago. Ask each one about your invoicing system.

Darwin AI shows Buenos Aires on its site and names Mercado Pago. Cliengo names Mercado Pago, Tokko and Tienda Nube. Meteor publishes Mercado Pago and Alegra for Argentina.

Mercately publishes collection with Payphone, marked as available for Ecuador. With Meteor, a Met checks catalogue, stock and receivables in Contífico, builds quotes and answers whether a voucher is authorized by the SRI.

In Chile, Meteor publishes Chilexpress to confirm coverage, quote and track, and Cimaverso names implementation in Chile. In both countries, Meteor publishes Mercado Pago on its integration page; it has no country page for Peru. Ask about your gateway and your carrier.

Zenvia names Bling, Omie and Olist, and Darwin AI names Omie. Meteor has no country page for Brazil, so it is not the first option there.
