Which Cliengo alternative is worth evaluating to serve and sell on WhatsApp with AI?

A Cliengo alternative is compared by the work that gets done after the message. Cliengo presents itself as an AI-powered sales and marketing automation platform: a chatbot for the web, WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, a built-in CRM, WhatsApp campaigns and a real estate agent connected to the CRMs of that sector. It publishes its price and offers a 14-day trial with no card. Meteor enters the comparison when the answer lives in your Colombian systems: taking payment in pesos by PSE or Nequi with Wompi, quoting in Siigo or Alegra or checking SIESA, with limits published per connector. If your priority is a longer trial or real estate on Tokko or EasyBroker, Cliengo goes further today.

If you are looking for a Cliengo alternative, this comparison helps you decide whether you need another chatbot with a CRM or Mets that also work inside your systems. It was reviewed on October 27, 2026 against Cliengo’s official site and help center, linked at the end. It keeps Cliengo’s real advantages.

How to evaluate a Cliengo alternative

Cliengo presents itself as an AI-powered sales and marketing automation platform. Its site describes a chatbot for your website, WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger that serves, qualifies and routes leads, a built-in CRM with several pipelines, an omnichannel inbox and WhatsApp campaigns. For WhatsApp it says it uses Meta’s official API or a Lite version, and it presents itself as a Meta Partner for WhatsApp Business.

Meteor starts from a different assumption. The conversation is the trigger, and the work rarely ends in the chat: it ends in the gateway where the payment lands, in the software where the quote is issued, in the ERP that holds the balance. A Met serves the customer, checks those systems with declared permissions and leaves the record and the owner ready for a person to continue.

Where Cliengo goes further

These advantages come from Cliengo’s official site, read on October 27, 2026.

AreaWhat Cliengo publishesWhat Meteor has today
TrialA 14-day trial with no card details.7 days with US$5 of Energy, no card.
Real estateAn agent that checks the property portfolio in Tokko, EasyBroker, Xintel or Kiteprop, offers free slots from Google Calendar and books the visit. It checks properties in Wasi and books with the native calendar. If your inventory lives in Tokko or EasyBroker, Cliengo has that connection.
Google adsGoogle Ads integration and offline conversions, and it presents itself as a Google Message Ads Partner. The Marketing Met prepares Google campaigns and leaves them for your approval before spending.

If your priority is real estate on those CRMs, or measuring Google ads from the chat, Cliengo is probably a correct answer. The honest thing is to say so.

Where the difference becomes local

Cliengo names SAP, Salesforce, Mercado Pago, Tokko and Tiendanube among its integrations, plus Zapier, webhooks and its API. Wompi, PSE, Nequi, Siigo and Alegra do not appear in the sources we read. That does not prove they cannot be connected: it is a question for the demo. Meteor does publish, page by page, what a Met does with Colombian systems:

  • Payment in pesos. With Wompi, a single-use link to pay by PSE, Nequi, Bancolombia or card, and the transaction checked before the payment counts as done.
  • Quotes and receivables. In Siigo or Alegra, the Met prepares the quote from the chat; your team issues the electronic invoice from that software.
  • ERP. In SIESA it checks stock, price, receivables and credit limit, read only.

The demo Meteor has to win

  1. A customer asks about price and availability. The system checks your real ERP or store, not a catalog loaded by hand for the meeting.
  2. The customer wants to move ahead. A quote is left in Siigo or Alegra, or a Wompi link that the Met checks before confirming.
  3. A record is left that a sales rep can pick up on Monday: contact, stage, note and owner.
  4. Something fails and the external system does not respond. Ask what the agent says at that point.

Run the same list with Cliengo. If both handle it, choose on price and on what suits your team.

How to close the decision

The question that orders everything: does the work end in the chat and the CRM, or in your payment, accounting or operations systems? If it ends in the chat, Cliengo competes well. If it ends in other systems, evaluate what the agent checks and does without a person acting as the bridge.

On October 27, 2026 Cliengo's pricing page showed the Premium plan at US$119 a month with 3 users, Business at US$259 and Corporate as custom, and noted that it does not include what Meta charges per message. Its help center explains how to install the web platform on an Android or iOS phone as if it were an app. Meteor works the same way: it runs in the browser and installs as a web app.
