Wati alternatives with WhatsApp, Instagram and email in one inbox
Which Wati alternatives name WhatsApp, Instagram and email in one inbox in 2026: respond.io, SleekFlow, Zenvia and Meteor, with price, source and limits.
What are the best Wati alternatives for WhatsApp, Instagram and email in one inbox?
In 2026, among the Wati alternatives we reviewed, respond.io, SleekFlow, Zenvia and Meteor name WhatsApp, Instagram and email on their sites. Wati's help centre names WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, RCS, SMS, TikTok and web chat, and does not name email. respond.io lists Gmail, Outlook and IMAP among its integrations. SleekFlow includes email in its plans, though another page marks Gmail and Outlook as "Coming Soon". Zenvia mentions it in its FAQ. In Meteor, Gmail and Outlook reach the inbox, and your team answers email, not the Met.
This list was reviewed on November 2, 2026 against the pages linked in each cell. It is not a ranking: alphabetical order, with Wati as the reference. If your doubt is not email but the AI agent, stores or payments, see the comparison of seven Wati alternatives.
The answer depends on what you need
- Every channel with one vendor and the AI agent in the same plan: look at respond.io. Its list adds Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo and IMAP/SMTP to WhatsApp and Instagram.
- An inbox that says it includes email on every plan: look at SleekFlow, and confirm the status of Gmail and Outlook.
- SMS and email from one vendor, with prices in Mexican pesos too: look at Zenvia.
- Mets that work in your systems and email handled by your team: look at Meteor.
- You already have Wati and email can live elsewhere: stay, and weigh the cost of migrating against keeping email in another tool.
The table: five options, 2026
Prices carry their unit and are not compared with each other, because each one measures something else.
| Option | WhatsApp and Instagram | AI agent | Published price and unit | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Meteor | Both, handled by a Met, plus Messenger and web chat (Mets). | Gmail and Outlook in the platform inbox; your team answers, not the Met. | Mets that answer, qualify and book; sensitive steps wait for approval. | Estudio US$99 a month with 5 members and 3,000 contacts; AI is charged as Energy (pricing). |
| respond.io | Both (integrations). | Lists Google Workspace, Gmail, Outlook and Microsoft 365, Yahoo Mail and IMAP/SMTP (integrations). | AI Agents from Growth, with AI usage included on self-service plans (pricing). | Starter US$79 a month billed annually; Growth US$159; by monthly active contacts (pricing). |
| SleekFlow | Both (pricing). | Says messaging, email and calls are on every plan (pricing); its other page marks Gmail and Outlook as “Coming Soon” (integrations). Ask. | AI Agents from Pro; Essential only has a copilot (pricing). | Essential US$49, Pro US$109 and Premium US$279 a month billed annually, by active contacts and seats; Essential is rolling out by country (pricing). |
| Wati (reference) | Both (help). | Its help centre does not name it among the channels. Ask. | 1 agent on Growth, 2 on Pro and unlimited on Business (pricing). | Growth COP 174,900 a month billed annually, 500 active contacts; messages are separate (pricing). |
| Zenvia | Both (platform). | Its FAQ mentions SMS and email (platform). Ask whether it reaches the same inbox. | Agents that talk to your customers through chatbots (platform). | Specialist US$130 a month with 10 users and 500 Interactionz, plus a channel package and activation (pricing). |
Where Wati goes further
Wati names over 100 connected tools, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Shopify, WooCommerce and Klaviyo, and its AI agents have published use cases for qualification, booking and orders. It gives a 7-day trial with no setup fee. If your operation lives on WhatsApp and a store, it can still be the right call.
Where Meteor is not the answer
If you want AI to handle the email inbox, Meteor does not do that: Mets handle the messaging channels and email stays with your team. It is also not the option if you only need an inbox with no agent: you would pay for work in your systems that you will not use.
How to test the inbox before switching
Take these four tests to any demo or free trial:
- Write to the account from WhatsApp, Instagram and email as the same person. Do they merge into one contact or stay as three?
- Answer an email from the inbox. Does it leave from your domain, with your signature and the full thread?
- Assign the case to someone else. Do they see the history from all three channels?
- Check which plan includes it. Are email, AI and users in the plan you were quoted, or added on top?
The limits
What this article does NOT answer
We would rather say it here than leave you hunting for something that is not there.
-
It is not a ranking and does not say which one is best. The five appear in alphabetical order and each one solves the inbox differently.
-
It does not claim a platform lacks something that is missing from its pages. What was not found stays as a question for the demo.
-
It does not include every option. Trengo was on the review list, but its pricing page did not respond on review day and nothing unread is written here.
-
It does not compare AI agents, stores or payments in depth. That is in the general comparison of seven Wati alternatives.

The Met catalogue, with what each one handles on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and web chat.
- Integration
Google Workspace
The Google Workspace page shows the Gmail tasks a Met can do as a connector: search and send an email. That is not handling an inbox, and it does not delete email.
- Integration
Microsoft 365
The Microsoft 365 page covers Outlook, and says which actions stay off until an admin enables them.

Questions on this topic
Its help article, updated on August 17, 2026, lists WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, RCS, SMS, TikTok and web chat, and does not name email. On its pricing page, email only appears as a support channel. That does not prove it is missing: ask Wati before deciding.
No. Gmail and Outlook reach the platform inbox and your team reads and answers them. The Met handles WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and web chat. With the Gmail connector, a Met can search and send an email as a task, but it does not handle that inbox. If you need AI to answer it, Meteor is not the option for that channel.
Yes, if email can stay in its own tool and your store runs on Shopify. Wati names Shopify and WooCommerce, charges the Shopify integration separately at US$4.99 a month and gives a 7-day trial.
Not in the ones that say so: Wati bills per message separately and respond.io says WhatsApp fees are not part of any subscription. In Meteor they are separate too. Ask for the total cost at your volume.
