Manychat alternatives that connect to your store and ERP

Nine Manychat options for WhatsApp by what they connect in 2026: Shopify, Tiendanube, Siigo, Omie or SAP, payments, price and the source of each fact.

What is a ManyChat alternative for WhatsApp that connects to my store and ERP?

It depends on your ERP. In 2026, of the nine reviewed, the ones naming an ERP or order manager are Cliengo (SAP), Darwin AI (Omie and Bling), Kommo (Bling), Zenvia (Bling and Omie) and Meteor (Siigo, Alegra, SIESA, Contífico and Odoo). Mercately, respond.io and Wati name Shopify and WooCommerce, and SleekFlow names Shopify and VTEX, but none of them an ERP on the pages reviewed: ask. With a regional ERP, connect that system first and compare the rest afterwards. This is not a ranking: the order is alphabetical.

This list was reviewed on November 2, 2026 against the pages linked in each cell. It is not a ranking: the nine appear in alphabetical order, with Manychat last as the reference. If you are deciding between Manychat and Meteor, read what to compare before leaving Manychat: it is not repeated here.

The table: store, ERP and payments, 2026

Each cell says what the vendor names on the linked page. Where something is missing, it says so as a question. Prices carry their unit and are not compared with each other.

Which path suits whom

  • Your ERP is regional (Siigo, Alegra, SIESA, Contífico): Meteor names them on its pages. Check on each page what it does and does not do.
  • Your system is Omie or Bling: look at Zenvia or Darwin AI, which name both, and Kommo, which names Bling.
  • Your ERP is SAP: look at Cliengo, which names it, and ask to see how far the agent can go.
  • You only have a store: choose by what the agent does with the order, not by the integration’s logo.
  • Your problem is generating conversations from Instagram and TikTok, not solving what comes next: a marketing automation tool may still be your best option, and this table does not assess it.

What to ask for in the demo

  1. A customer asks about the status of a store order. Where does the answer come from?
  2. They ask about stock and price for an item. Is it read live from your ERP or from a copy?
  3. They want to buy. Does a quote or order land in your system, or only a message?
  4. The ERP does not respond. What does the agent say, and who gets the case?
  5. Who approves what it writes to your ERP, and where is the record kept?

Questions on this topic

Because its site could not be read on November 2, 2026 and only what was verified that day is written here. The Meteor and Manychat comparison has what was read in its official help centre, with the date.

Only that it appears on its site. Ask what the agent can do: check stock or receivables, create a quote or issue an invoice. They are very different integrations under the same name.

A channel Met quotes in Siigo or Alegra, but does not create the e-invoice: your team does, with approval. In SIESA it only reads. In Odoo every write requires confirmation, and the highest-impact steps are not done from a channel Met.

Then you do not need to pay for a connected ERP. Kommo, Mercately, respond.io, SleekFlow, Wati and Zenvia name Shopify; Wati charges that integration separately at US$4.99 a month. Compare by what the agent does with the order.
