Check on WhatsApp that a promotion page looks right, with Cloudflare Browser Run

Before announcing a promotion, an AI agent opens the page in Cloudflare Browser Run and tells you on WhatsApp whether the price and links are right.

How do I quickly check that my promotion page is right before sending it to my customers?

You send your Met the promotion page link and say what it should show, for example "2 for 1 on T-shirts, 60,000 pesos". The Met opens the page in Cloudflare's browser, takes a phone-sized screenshot and reviews it, reads the text, looks for the price in the element your team points to, extracts the name, price and validity as JSON and checks the page's links. It replies on WhatsApp whether the price matches what you said, whether something is missing and which links it found, so you can fix it before announcing. It changes nothing on your site.

What starts it

When someone asks for it

It starts when someone on the team sends the Met a page link on WhatsApp and what it should show. Each check runs on request; this procedure does not leave a scheduled check.

A manual task: someone on the team runs it with a button, or asks the Met for it in chat.

Social team

This is not a named, seeded Met. It is an internal Met with Cloudflare Browser Run connected: its work ends when it tells you whether the page shows the right price and information, or what it could not find.

The procedure, step by step

Each step shows the tool that runs. They belong to the real connector: if one of them stopped existing, this page would not build.

  1. 1

See the page as on a phone

The Met takes a screenshot of the page at a phone's viewport size and reviews it: if the banner covers the price or the button does not show up, it tells you.

  2. 2

The Met turns the page into Markdown to read all the text, including the promotion terms that usually sit at the bottom and do not show in the screenshot.

  3. 3

Find the price where it should be

With the CSS selector your team left in the skill for the price, the Met extracts that element from the page. That way it compares the published price with the one you gave it.

  4. 4

    Pull the promotion data

The Met extracts as JSON the promotion name, the price and the validity, following the skill's schema, so it answers with data and not with an impression.

  5. 5

    Check the links

The Met brings the page's list of links and tells you where they point, for example whether the buy button goes to the promoted product or to another page.

Questions about this automation

Yes, one by one with the same steps. For every page of a site, the connector can also start a crawl and bring its results if the admin turns that action on, since it starts switched off; this procedure checks a single page.

It opens it in a real browser, at a phone's viewport size. Anything that depends on each customer's location or session may look different.

Only for the step that looks for the price in a specific element; whoever maintains your site writes it down once. Without it, the Met still reads the full text and extracts the data as JSON.

Browser usage runs on your Cloudflare account, according to your plan. Meteor does not resell Cloudflare.
