Ask on WhatsApp which ad channel had the best ROAS with Windsor.ai

Ask on WhatsApp which ad channel performed best: an AI agent queries Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads in Windsor.ai and replies.

How do I know which ad channel had the best ROAS last week without opening each platform?

You write to your Met "which channel had the best ROAS last week?". The Met checks in Windsor.ai which ad sources and accounts you have connected, such as Meta Ads, Google Ads or TikTok Ads, looks up the fields and date column each one has, reads what each spend and ROAS field means and looks for a formula your team already saved, such as a CPA. Then it runs the query and replies with each channel's spend and ROAS, in each account's currency. It does not change anything in your campaigns.

What starts it

When someone asks for it

It starts when someone on the team asks the Met about ad performance for a period. Each query runs on request; this procedure does not leave a scheduled report.

A manual task: someone on the team runs it with a button, or asks the Met for it in chat.

This is not a named, seeded Met. It is an internal Met with Windsor.ai connected: its work ends when it delivers the figures your accounts returned, or when it tells you which channel is not connected in Windsor.ai.

5 steps · 5 tools

The procedure, step by step

Each step shows the tool that runs. They belong to the real connector: if one of them stopped existing, this page would not build.

  1. 1

    Find the sources and accounts

The Met lists the Windsor.ai connectors that have connected accounts, such as Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads. If a channel you ask about does not show up, it tells you it is not connected.

  2. 2

    Check fields and dates

For each connector and its accounts, the Met checks the available fields and the date column used to filter, so "last week" is applied the same way across all channels.

  3. 3

    Understand what each field measures

The Met reads the description and type of the spend, revenue and ROAS fields, so it does not confuse one platform metric with another that sounds similar.

  4. 4

    Use the team's formula

If your team already saved a formula field in Windsor.ai, such as a CPA or spend adjusted by a margin, the Met finds it and includes it in the query like any other field.

  5. 5

    Query and reply

The Met runs the query with each channel's date range and accounts. If it is long, it comes back as a pending job and the Met waits for the result. Then it replies with each channel's spend and ROAS.

FAQ

Questions about this automation

Yes, if you have them connected in Windsor.ai. The Met finds them with the same connector list and queries them the same way.

If that formula is saved in Windsor.ai as a custom field, the Met uses it as is. If it does not exist, it can be created with the formula field tool, which this procedure does not use.

This procedure runs on request. A scheduled delivery would be a different automation, with its own trigger.

Because each platform attributes sales with its own model. The Met reports those figures as they come and does not call them sales.
