Ask on WhatsApp which Omnisend campaign sold the most last month

An AI agent runs the Omnisend campaign report and tells you on WhatsApp which one brought the most revenue and orders last month.

How do I know which of my Omnisend campaigns sold the most last month without opening the reports?

You ask your Met "which campaign sold the most last month?". The Met searches Omnisend for the operation that lists campaigns and the analytics one, reads which parameters they take and the analytics documentation so it does not confuse metrics, and runs the month's report. It answers with the campaign that brought the most revenue and orders, along with its conversion rate, opens, clicks and unsubscribes, and compares it with the rest. If the admin turned on creation, it can leave a copy of the winning campaign for your team to adjust and reuse. It sends nothing.

What starts it

When someone asks for it

It starts when someone on the team asks the Met on WhatsApp how the campaigns did. Each query is on demand; this procedure does not leave a scheduled report.

A manual task: someone on the team runs it with a button, or asks the Met for it in chat.

Who runs it

Marketing analysis Met with Omnisend

Social team

This is not a named, seeded Met. It is an internal Met with Omnisend connected: it is done when it answers with the report's numbers, or when it tells you which data Omnisend did not return.

6 steps · 5 tools

The procedure, step by step

Each step shows the tool that runs. They belong to the real connector: if one of them stopped existing, this page would not build.

  1. 1

    Find the operations it needs

The Met searches Omnisend's API operations for the one that lists campaigns and the one that generates the campaign analytics report, with the tool that runs each one.

  2. 2

    Read which parameters they take

Before querying, the Met pulls each operation's parameters and required fields, so it builds last month's range without guessing the date format.

  3. 3

Check how the metrics are read

The Met checks Omnisend's analytics documentation. The report can be grouped by send date or by event date, and choosing wrong changes which sales fall in the month.

  4. 4

    Run the month's report

The Met lists the campaigns and runs last month's analytics report. With that it ranks campaigns by revenue and orders, and adds conversion rate, opens, clicks and unsubscribes.

  5. 5

    Answer with the winner

The Met tells you on WhatsApp which campaign sold the most, with its numbers and how it compares with the month's others. If a campaign has many unsubscribes, it flags that next to the sales.

  6. 6

Leave a copy to reuse it

If you ask and the admin turned on creation, the Met copies the winning campaign so your team adjusts it and schedules it in Omnisend. If creation is still off, as it starts, the Met tells you which one to copy.

FAQ

Questions about this automation

Because Omnisend exposes generic tools: the Met first finds the operation, reads its parameters and then runs it. In return, it can query any read report in the API.

Omnisend has both reports: one grouped by send date and another by event date. The skill should say which one to use so the number is the one you expect.

The report works the same, because it is a read. The last step does not run: Omnisend rejects the copy even if the admin turns on creation in Met.
