Ask on WhatsApp how a client did last month with Reportei

Ask on WhatsApp how a client did: an AI agent fetches their KPIs from Reportei, compares them with the previous month and replies.

How do I know how a client did last month without building the report by hand?

You write to your Met "how did Ana's store do last month?". The Met finds that client's project in Reportei, checks which platforms it has connected, fetches the month's aggregated KPIs and compares them with the previous month. Then it adds the ad campaign summary and the posts with the most engagement, and replies with the figures as Reportei returns them. If you want something to send the client and the admin left the create reports action on, the Met creates one with a template and gives you its share link.

What starts it

When someone asks for it

It starts when someone on the team asks the Met about a client and a period. Each query runs on request; this procedure does not leave a scheduled report.

A manual task: someone on the team runs it with a button, or asks the Met for it in chat.

Who runs it

Client analytics Met with Reportei

Social team

This is not a named, seeded Met. It is an internal Met with Reportei connected: its work ends when it delivers the client's figures and the comparison with the previous month, or when it tells you which project or integration could not be queried and why.

6 steps · 8 tools

The procedure, step by step

Each step shows the tool that runs. They belong to the real connector: if one of them stopped existing, this page would not build.

  1. 1

    Find the client's project

The Met searches your Reportei projects for the one that matches the client you named. If two look alike, it shows you the names so you choose the right one.

  2. 2

Check which platforms it has connected

The Met lists that project's integrations, such as its social and ad accounts, to know where the figures come from and tell you if one is missing.

  3. 3

    Fetch the month's KPIs

The Met asks for the aggregated KPIs of all the project's integrations for last month, from the first to the last day.

  4. 4

    Compare with the previous month

The Met compares last month's metrics with the previous month's, so you see what went up and what went down without doing the math yourself.

  5. 5

    Add campaigns and content

The Met fetches the ad campaign summary across platforms and the posts with the most engagement on social media, and replies with everything together.

  6. 6

Create the client report, if you ask

If you want to send the client something and the admin left the action on, the Met picks a template, creates a static report with the project's integrations and gives you its share link. It counts against your plan's report limit.

What you need ready

The Met solves none of these for you. If one is missing, the automation stops there.

FAQ

Questions about this automation

Yes. The comparison is between any two periods: you tell the Met which ones and it compares them the same way.

You may have reached your Reportei plan's report limit, or the admin left the create reports action off in Connections.

It sees those of every company your user has access to in Reportei, because the server signs in with your session.
