Measure a Typeform survey's NPS from the chat

An AI agent computes the NPS, the trend and the most repeated answers of your Typeform survey when your team asks for it in the chat.

How do I get my Typeform survey's NPS without opening Typeform or exporting responses?

Someone on your team writes to the Met and asks for the satisfaction survey's NPS. The Met finds the account and the form in Typeform, checks which fields and measures can be queried and computes the NPS with Typeform's response queries. If asked, it shows how it changed week by week and which answers were repeated most on a question. Everything comes from Typeform's aggregated results: the Met does not export or read full responses one by one.

What starts it

When the customer writes

It starts when an employee writes to the Met assigned to the conversation and asks for the NPS or a survey summary. The person writing is on your team, not a customer. There is no trigger to configure: the Met answers in that conversation.

Nothing to set up. The Met assigned to that channel picks up the conversation and runs the procedure inside it.

Who runs it

Met that analyzes data for the team

It is not a customer service Met: it is the one that answers data questions for your team, with Typeform connected. Its work ends when the person has the figure, its trend and where it came from.

5 steps · 6 tools

The procedure, step by step

Each step shows the tool that runs. They belong to the real connector: if one of them stopped existing, this page would not build.

  1. 1

    Find the Typeform account

The Met lists the connected person's accounts and takes the one your team named. Typeform asks to resolve the account first, because almost all its tools need it.

  2. 2

    Find the survey form

The Met looks through your forms for the one matching the survey it was given. If two look alike, it asks which one instead of guessing.

  3. 3

    Check what can be queried

Before any calculation, the Met checks which fields and measures the form has. Typeform requires it, because each question's IDs change from one form to another.

  4. 4

    Compute the NPS

With the recommendation question identified, the Met asks Typeform for the NPS and the number of responses, and gives the person the figure with the period it used.

  5. 5

Show the trend and the most repeated answers

If asked, the Met groups the measure by week or month to see how it changed, and brings the most repeated answers to a choice question to explain the number.

Questions about this automation

This recipe answers when someone asks in the conversation. A scheduled send would be another automation, and this recipe does not set it up.

By Typeform. The Met asks Typeform for the measure and delivers what it returns, with the period and the number of responses it used.

No. The six tools in this recipe only read, so connecting Typeform is enough; the delete ones start switched off and are not used here.

Your company, under its Typeform plan. Meteor does not resell Typeform and does not charge Energy for these calls.
