Reclaim.ai and Meteor AI agents
Connect Reclaim.ai to a WhatsApp Met: review your calendar, find open slots, create tasks and apply calendar changes with the official MCP.
How does Reclaim.ai connect to Meteor?
With the Reclaim.ai ready connector, your Met works on your Reclaim calendar through its official MCP server, authorized once with OAuth. It shows your day or week, finds open slots and suggested meeting times, creates and moves events, and handles your Reclaim tasks: it creates and updates them, logs time worked and tells you which ones are at risk. Changes Reclaim proposes are reviewed before they are applied. Cancelling events and deleting tasks start switched off. You need Reclaim 2.0 and a connected Google or Outlook calendar.
What it automates
What a Meteor Met does with Reclaim.ai
Answer when you have a free slot
You ask the Met on WhatsApp whether you have time tomorrow afternoon. It checks your schedule in Reclaim, finds open slots and replies with the times it found.
Turn a request into a dated task
When someone asks you for something on WhatsApp, the Met creates a Reclaim task with its due date and Reclaim fits it into your schedule around your meetings.
Flag which tasks are running late
The Met pulls the Reclaim tasks that are at risk and sums them up, so you decide what to move before letting a customer down.
Review before applying
The Met pulls the schedule changes Reclaim proposes and shows them to you. Applying them is a separate action, which the admin decides whether to leave on in Connections.

The limits
What the Reclaim.ai integration does NOT do
We would rather say it here than have you find out during rollout.
-
It does not work with Reclaim 1.0. The connector needs an account on Reclaim 2.0; if you are still on the previous version, upgrade it in the app first.
-
It does not ask you for confirmation in the chat before writing. The admin chooses in Connections which actions stay on; cancelling events and deleting tasks start switched off.
-
It does not replace your calendar. Reclaim works on your Google or Outlook calendar, which has to be connected to your Reclaim account.
-
It does not see other people's calendars beyond what your Reclaim account can already see when coordinating meetings.
-
It does not pay your Reclaim plan. Usage runs on your account; Meteor does not resell the service.
Before you start
What you need to connect Reclaim.ai
- 1
An account on Reclaim 2.0
Your Reclaim.ai account on version 2.0, with a Google or Outlook calendar connected. If you signed up after May 2026, you are already on that version.
- 2
Connect it in Met
In Met, open Connections → Reclaim.ai → Connect. A Reclaim window opens so you can sign in with your account's email and authorize access.
- 3
Decide which actions stay on
The workspace admin reviews the list of actions. Cancelling events and deleting tasks start switched off.
