Everhour and Meteor AI agents
Connect Everhour to a Met: check hours by project and client, budgets and timesheets, and log time with the official MCP.
How does Everhour connect to Meteor?
With the Everhour ready connector, your Met works on your Everhour account, authorized once with OAuth and with your role's permissions. It checks team hours by project, client, person, week or month, the budget spent and left on each project, a week's timesheet and who is on time off. It searches tasks, reads projects and clients, and turns a task link from another tool into the Everhour task. Starting and stopping timers and logging or changing time start turned off, because Everhour marks them as actions that change data. The MCP is included on every plan.
What it automates
What a Meteor Met does with Everhour
Tell the client how many hours went in
A client of your agency asks on WhatsApp how much work has gone into their project. The Met returns the project hours and what is left of the budget, and replies.
Flag which projects went over
When you ask, the Met reviews the budgets of open projects and tells you which ones already spent more than planned.
Log time from the chat
If the admin turns that action on, someone on the team writes the hours they worked to the Met and the Met logs them on the right task.
See who is free next week
With supervisor access, the Met returns the approved time off and tells you who is out so you can split the work.
28 tools
Everything your Met can ask Everhour for
Each one is a real action in the connector. You can switch off the ones you would rather it never used.

The limits
What the Everhour integration does NOT do
We would rather say it here than have you find out during rollout.
-
It does not start timers or log time while those actions stay off. Everhour marks them as actions that change data, and in Met they start turned off.
-
It does not show money your role cannot see. If a cost or billing column is not visible to your role, Everhour returns it as zero, and the Met does not report it as an amount.
-
It does not return pending or declined time off: only approved time off, and only with supervisor access.
-
It does not ask you for confirmation in the chat before writing. The admin chooses which actions stay on.
-
It does not pay your Everhour plan. The MCP is included on every plan and usage runs on your account.
Before you start
What you need to connect Everhour
- 1
An active Everhour account
Any Everhour plan works. What the Met can see depends on your role: budgets, capacity and time off need billing, admin or supervisor permissions.
- 2
Connect it in Met
In Met, open Connections → Everhour → Connect. You sign in to Everhour and authorize access.
- 3
Decide which actions stay on
The workspace admin chooses which actions stay on. Timers, logging, changing or clearing time and pinning favorites start turned off.

Yes, if the admin turns on time logging, which starts turned off. It logs on behalf of whoever authorized the connection and on the task they name.
Only if your Everhour role can see them. If not, Everhour returns those amounts as zero and the Met does not take them as a real value.
Yes. The Met converts the task ID from the integrated tool into the Everhour task to check it or log time on it.
You do, with your Everhour account and plan. Met does not charge for the calls your Met makes to Everhour.
