Craft and Meteor AI agents
Connect Craft to a WhatsApp Met: search your documents, add rows to a collection, create tasks and write notes with the official MCP server.
How does Craft connect to Meteor?
With the Craft ready-made connector, your Met uses Craft's official MCP server on the space the admin authorizes with OAuth. From WhatsApp it can search your documents, read and write their content, create documents and folders, add or update rows in a collection after reading its schema, create and update tasks and leave comments for your team. That way what comes in through the chat is written down where your team already works, without copying it by hand. It only reaches the space you connected, and deleting blocks, rows, tasks, documents or folders starts switched off.
What it automates
What a Meteor Met does with Craft
Write down what comes in on WhatsApp
A customer places an order on WhatsApp. The Met reads the schema of the collection where your team keeps orders and adds the row with what the customer asked for.
Turn a request into a task
When something needs someone to act, the Met creates the task in Craft and, when the team says it is done, updates it.
Answer with what is already written
If someone asks about a policy or a price your team documented, the Met finds the document in Craft, reads its blocks and answers with that.
Leave a note for the team
The Met adds a summary of the conversation to a document or leaves a comment, so the person in charge sees it in Craft.

The limits
What the Craft integration does NOT do
We would rather say it here than have you find out during rollout.
-
It does not ask for confirmation in the chat before writing to Craft. The admin decides in Connections which actions stay on; delete actions start switched off.
-
It does not see other spaces: each connection is tied to a single Craft space, and another one needs its own connection.
-
There is no official tool list with descriptions: Craft documents what the connection allows, and this page sticks to the names the directory shows.
-
It does not guess a collection's fields: the Met reads its schema first, and if a field does not exist, it cannot fill it.
Before you start
What you need to connect Craft
- 1
A Craft account with the space you will use
The business's Craft account works. Have the space ready with the documents, collections and tasks the Met will use.
- 2
Connect it in Met
In Met, open Connections → Craft → Connect. A Craft window opens so you can sign in and approve access. Then you choose which actions stay on.
Frequently asked questions
Questions about Craft and Meteor
Only the space you connected. Craft ties each connection to one space; if you have another, it is connected separately.
Only if the admin turns the delete actions on, since they start switched off. If you do not need them, leave them that way.
Yes: Craft says daily notes and their tasks can be used over MCP, so the Met can read and create tasks there.
You do, with your Craft plan. Meteor does not resell Craft: the connector uses your company's account.
