Brand24 and Meteor AI agents
Connect Brand24 to a WhatsApp Met: ask what is being said about your brand, where and about which topics, with Brand24's official MCP.
How does Brand24 connect to Meteor?
With the Brand24 ready connector, your Met queries your social listening projects through Brand24's official MCP server, authorized once with OAuth. It sums up your account's recent events, pulls a project's stats, the sources where your brand is mentioned, such as news sites and social networks, and the main topics of those conversations. That way you ask on WhatsApp what happened this week with your brand or your competition without opening the dashboard. All four tools are read only and the data comes from your account's active projects, which is a subscription.
What it automates
What a Meteor Met does with Brand24
Sum up your brand's week
You ask the Met on WhatsApp what happened with your brand this week. It pulls your account's events and the project's stats, and sums them up in the chat.
Know where you are mentioned
The Met pulls the sources of a project's mentions, for example which news sites write about your brand, so you know where to respond.
Understand what people talk about
The Met pulls the main topics of the project's conversations, useful to see which topic is growing around your brand or a competitor you track.

The limits
What the Brand24 integration does NOT do
We would rather say it here than have you find out during rollout.
-
It does not reply to mentions or post on social media. The server's four tools are read only.
-
It does not create listening projects. What the Met looks up comes from the active projects you already set up in Brand24.
-
It does not work without a subscription. According to Brand24, MCP access is for subscribers.
-
It does not pay your Brand24 subscription. Usage runs on your account; Meteor does not resell the service.
Before you start
What you need to connect Brand24
- 1
A Brand24 subscription with projects
Your Brand24 account with at least one active project tracking your brand, your products or your competition.
- 2
Connect it in Met
In Met, open Connections → Brand24 → Connect. A Brand24 window opens so you can sign in and authorize access.
