Check your Bubble app for issues on WhatsApp before deploying it

Before deploying, ask an AI agent on WhatsApp to run Bubble's issue checker on your app and tell you what is wrong and where.

How do I check whether my Bubble app has issues before deploying it, without opening the editor?

You write to your Met "check the booking app before I publish it". The Met finds the app among yours, runs a fresh issue check across the whole app with Bubble's checker and pulls the list of problems. For each one it opens the part of the app where it sits, for example a workflow or an element on a page, and explains what Bubble says and where it is. If you only want to check one page, it runs the check on that part and sends you the preview link. Everything happens in the development version and the Met changes nothing: you or your agency make the fix and the deployment.

What starts it

When someone asks for it

It starts when someone on the team asks the Met on WhatsApp to check the app before deploying it. The Met does not check or deploy anything on its own.

A manual task: someone on the team runs it with a button, or asks the Met for it in chat.

Who runs it

Internal Met that checks your Bubble app before launch

This is not a named, seeded Met. It is an internal Met with Bubble connected, for the owner or the agency building the app: it is done when it hands you the list of issues with where each one is.

6 steps · 6 tools

The procedure, step by step

Each step shows the tool that runs. They belong to the real connector: if one of them stopped existing, this page would not build.

  1. 1

    Find the app

The Met lists the Bubble apps your account can access, including those shared with you, and keeps the one you named.

  2. 2

Run the check across the whole app

The Met runs a fresh issue check across the whole app, the same one the Bubble editor's checker does, so it does not rely on an old result.

  3. 3

    Pull the list of issues

The Met pulls the issues left in the checker and groups them by page or workflow, so you see at a glance where they concentrate.

  4. 4

    Open each part with problems

For each issue, the Met opens the part of the app where it sits, such as an element or a workflow, and explains what the editor shows, so whoever fixes it knows where to go.

  5. 5

Check one page only, if you ask

If you only want to check one page, for example checkout, the Met runs the check on that part of the app with its elements and workflows.

  6. 6

    Send you the preview

When done, the Met sends you the preview link of the checked page so you test it yourself before deploying from the editor.

The Met solves none of these for you. If one is missing, the automation stops there.

FAQ

Questions about this automation

Not in this procedure. It only runs the check, reads the issues and opens parts of the app; none of those tools change the app.

No. The connector works on the development version, which is the one you will deploy. The live version stays as it is.

The connector has tools to change elements and workflows, but this procedure only checks. If you want a fix, ask for it separately and review the preview.

According to Bubble, its MCP is free while in beta. Your Bubble plan still runs on your account; Meteor does not resell Bubble.
