Ask on WhatsApp which campaigns spent without conversions with Two Minute Reports

Ask on WhatsApp which campaigns spent without converting: an AI agent queries your accounts in Two Minute Reports and replies.

How do I know which campaigns spent the most last week without bringing conversions?

You write to your Met "which campaigns spent the most last week with no conversions?". The Met finds the client in Two Minute Reports and the ad accounts linked to it, checks each connector's query schema, validates the query before running it and then runs it. It replies with the campaigns that spent and brought no conversions, as the platforms report them. If Watch Tower has findings, it adds their overview. It pauses nothing: no tool in this connector pauses campaigns.

What starts it

When someone asks for it

It starts when someone on the team asks the Met about a client's campaigns and a period. Each query runs on request; this procedure does not leave a scheduled report.

A manual task: someone on the team runs it with a button, or asks the Met for it in chat.

Social team

This is not a named, seeded Met. It is an internal Met with Two Minute Reports connected: its work ends when it delivers the campaigns that spent without conversions, or when it tells you which account could not be queried and why.

5 steps · 6 tools

The procedure, step by step

Each step shows the tool that runs. They belong to the real connector: if one of them stopped existing, this page would not build.

  1. 1

    Find the client

The Met lists the team's clients in Two Minute Reports and finds the one you named. If you are on several teams, it uses the one you tell it in the question.

  2. 2

    See which accounts are linked

The Met lists the accounts linked to that client, such as their Google Ads or Facebook Ads accounts, to know what to query.

  3. 3

    Check each connector's schema

Before querying, the Met fetches the query schema of each account's connector, to ask for spend and conversions with the names that connector uses.

  4. 4

    Validate and run the query

The Met validates last week's query and, if it is well built, runs it. This needs an Editor role or above; with a Viewer role, the Met tells you it cannot query.

  5. 5

    Add the Watch Tower findings

If Watch Tower has findings, the Met fetches their overview and adds it to the reply, next to the campaigns that spent without conversions.

The Met solves none of these for you. If one is missing, the automation stops there.

FAQ

Questions about this automation

Yes, if both accounts are connected and linked to the client. The Met runs the query on each one and shows you both.

Yes. Your access is checked per team on each request: tell the Met in your question which team to use, or it asks you which one.

This procedure runs on request. A scheduled delivery would be a different automation, with its own trigger.
