Pause on WhatsApp the Facebook ad that spends without results with Madgicx

Ask on WhatsApp which ads spend without results: an AI agent checks it in Madgicx and pauses the one you tell it.

How do I find and pause the Facebook ad that is spending without results?

You write to your Met "which ads are spending without results? Pause the worst one". The Met finds your Facebook ad account in Madgicx, lists the campaigns, fetches their performance and goes down to the ads of the campaign that spends the most. With each ad's spend, clicks and ROAS it tells you which one performs worst against the threshold you gave it, and pauses it if the admin left that action on in Connections. Pausing does not delete the ad: it can be reactivated whenever you want. It does not create new ads or touch Google Ads.

What starts it

When someone asks for it

It starts when someone on the team writes to the Met to review the ads and tells it what counts as "without results". Each review runs on request; this procedure leaves nothing scheduled.

A manual task: someone on the team runs it with a button, or asks the Met for it in chat.

This is not a named, seeded Met. It is an internal Met with Madgicx connected: its work ends when it tells you which ad performs worst and leaves it paused, or when it explains why it could not pause it.

The procedure, step by step

Each step shows the tool that runs. They belong to the real connector: if one of them stopped existing, this page would not build.

  1. 1

    Find the ad account

The Met lists the Facebook ad accounts you have access to in Madgicx, with their status and currency, and takes the one you named.

  2. 2

    List the campaigns

The Met lists that account's campaigns and keeps the active ones, so it does not review what is already paused.

  3. 3

See which campaigns spend the most

The Met fetches each active campaign's performance, adding up its ad sets and ads, and finds the ones that spend the most with the fewest results.

  4. 4

Go down to that campaign's ads

The Met lists all the ads in the campaign that spends the most, across all its ad sets, to compare them one by one.

  5. 5

    Compare each ad's performance

The Met fetches each ad's spend, impressions, clicks, CTR and ROAS, and tells you which one falls below the threshold you gave it.

  6. 6

    Pause the worst one

If the admin left the pause ads action on, the Met pauses the worst performing one and tells you which it was. Pausing does not delete it: it can be reactivated later.

FAQ

Questions about this automation

It can be reactivated. Pausing does not delete the ad. The Madgicx tool to activate it again starts switched off: the Met uses it only if the admin turns it on in Connections.

Yes. Madgicx also lowers the budget of a campaign or an ad set, if the admin leaves those actions on. It is a separate step, outside this procedure.

It does not ask for confirmation in the chat before writing. The control is which actions the admin leaves on in Connections; if pausing is off, the Met only tells you which one it would pause.
