Check pending Éxito orders against your WooCommerce stock

An AI agent checks the Éxito orders waiting for acceptance against your WooCommerce stock and sets the offer of anything sold out to zero.

How do I know which Éxito orders I can accept without selling something I no longer have?

A Met connected to the Éxito marketplace pulls the orders waiting for acceptance, with every line and its SKU. It looks those SKUs up in your WooCommerce store, which is the source of truth, and tells you which ones have enough stock and which do not. For whatever is sold out, it reads the offer published on Éxito and, if you approve, sets it to zero units at the same price, so no more orders come in for something that is not there. Accepting or rejecting each order is still your call: the connector does not do it. If an order you expected is missing, it reviews the notifications Éxito sent and their validation before guessing where the chain broke.

Where it applies: Colombia. The Éxito marketplace operates in Colombia on the Mirakl platform, and this procedure uses that protocol, not a retailer specific API.

What starts it

When someone asks for it

It starts when someone on the team asks the Met inside Meteor to review pending Éxito orders, or runs the saved manual task, for example when the warehouse opens. A customer message does not trigger it and it accepts nothing in the background.

A manual task: someone on the team runs it with a button, or asks the Met for it in chat.

Who runs it

Igor, Warehouse manager

This is the daily part of his job: the store leads and the marketplace mirrors it. Igor does not accept orders, because accepting commits you to a shipment; what he does is tell you, with real stock, which ones you can accept, and switch off the offer for what you no longer have.

5 steps · 7 tools

The procedure, step by step

Each step shows the tool that runs. They belong to the real connector: if one of them stopped existing, this page would not build.

  1. 1

Pull the orders waiting for acceptance

The order query returns by default the ones waiting for acceptance, up to one hundred per call. Each order carries its number, status, date, total, currency, customer name and its lines, with the offer SKU, product, quantity and price. The query changes nothing on Éxito.

  2. 2

Match each line with the store's stock

For each SKU, the Met looks the product up in WooCommerce by exact SKU and reads the units available; if it needs more detail, it opens the full product. It compares the quantity ordered with the store's stock and splits the orders into two groups: the ones that can be fulfilled and the ones with at least one line short of stock. It does not guess units the store does not report.

  3. 3

Read the published offer before touching it

For each sold out product, the Met finds the offer on Éxito by the same SKU and reads the price and quantity currently published. If the offer does not show up, it says so: that SKU may not match the marketplace one, and then there is nothing to switch off from here.

  4. 4

Set what is gone to zero, with your approval

The Met shows you the list of offers it proposes to set to zero and waits for your yes; the connector does not ask for that confirmation on its own, so this procedure does. With the yes, it updates each offer with zero quantity and the same price and condition it read, because the update requires a price above zero even when only stock changes. It then reads the offer again. Éxito processes the update as an import, so if the offer still shows the old value, the Met says so instead of treating the change as done.

  5. 5

Review the notifications when an order is missing

If your team expected an order that is not on the list, the Met reviews the latest order notifications Éxito sent to your workspace, with the arrival time, the signature check and the processing error if there was one. That tells you whether the notification never arrived or arrived and failed, instead of guessing. Whether those notifications arrive depends on Éxito having them enabled for your account.

FAQ

Questions about this automation

No. The connector has no tool to accept or reject orders. The Met hands you the split list and the decision is made in the Éxito seller portal.

Because the offer update requires a price above zero. The Met uses the price that was already published, which it read in the previous step, so it does not change it by accident.

No. The recurring sync publishes the price with the channel margin and the stock with a buffer for the whole catalog. This review handles the urgent part: orders that already came in for something that sold out.

It is the platform the Éxito marketplace runs on. The connector speaks its protocol, so the URL you request from Éxito is the one for your Mirakl instance.
