How the budget is calculated

1. It recommends the smallest plan that covers your team and contacts.
2. It converts the plan, additional Energy and WhatsApp templates with the COP/USD rate you enter.
3. It adds monthly upkeep as hours times your internal hourly cost, without inferring salaries.
4. It calculates year one with 12 operating months and one rollout.

On Meteor the work is done by a Met, not a fixed-response chatbot. The search term helps compare the bill; the actual scope depends on the jobs and systems the Met is allowed to use.

Sources and limits

• The initial TRM is COP 3,053.48 per US$1, effective 20 August 2026. It is certified by Colombia’s Financial Superintendency and you can replace it.
• The WhatsApp rate is not prefilled because it varies by market and category. Get it from Meta’s official rate card and enter it in the tool.
• Meteor prices and limits come from the plan page. You provide additional Energy, rollout and internal cost inputs.
