Before: manual work

  • Listing one SKU required choosing a category, filling required attributes and checking again whether the product was eligible.
  • Price and stock could drift between the store and the marketplace, creating a risk of selling the same unit twice.
  • A marketplace sale had to be reflected back in store inventory.

Now: work handled by the Met

  • WooCommerce keeps the product record, variations and stock that act as the source of truth.
  • The Met prepares the Mercado Libre listing, reads required attributes and, for veterinary products, checks the ICA registry before listing.
  • The sync recalculates price with fees, taxes and shipping, mirrors stock and only operates listings marked with a managed SKU.
  • When a Mercado Libre sale arrives, it deducts the sold SKU and quantity in WooCommerce.
